When my son was diagnosed with autism, everything in my life shifted. I left a successful career in public health to homeschool him, and through that journey I learned how difficult it can be for families to find caregivers who truly "get" their child. That challenge is what inspired me to build VillageKare. I wanted to create a trusted, inclusive space where families can easily find qualified caregivers who understand their needs. Combining my public health background with my lived experience as a parent, I’m driven to reshape care through empathy, clarity, and community.
