VillageKare (“VillageKare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use the VillageKare website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the VillageKare Platform, including Care Seekers, Care Providers, and website visitors. This Policy does not apply to information exchanged directly between users outside the Platform.

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including name, email address, phone number, account login credentials, profile information, messages sent through the Platform, payment-related information (processed by third parties), and communications with VillageKare support. VillageKare does not require users to submit medical records or protected health information.

When you use the Platform, we may collect information such as IP address, device type, browser information, usage data, and cookies or similar tracking technologies.
C. Third-Party Information
We may receive limited information from third parties such as payment processors, background check providers (status indicators only), and identity verification services. VillageKare does not control third-party privacy practices.

We use personal information to create and manage accounts, facilitate connections and communication between users, provide customer support, process payments, maintain platform security, improve features, and comply with legal obligations. VillageKare does not use personal information to provide medical or therapeutic services.
